CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit & Cancellation Policy In order to minimize last minute cancellations and no-shows, we require a deposit at booking and a FULL 24 hour cancellation notice. This allows us time to be able to service another client. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Your appointment is NOT confirmed until the deposit is made. Failure to make the deposit within 48 hours after your booking request will result in cancellation. Please note that your deposit is credited towards your total cost of service and is NOT an additional fee. You must agree to the terms of this policy in order for your appointment to be confirmed. We reserve the right to deny service for rescheduling the same appointment more than twice.
